Joseph Harrington, CRL, grew up in South Georgia, and after checking out a few options for places to move decided on Colorado.  There he explored mountains, floated rivers and collected many minerals.  Possibly more importantly, he gained valuable knowledge from 2 Master Locksmiths, one who specialized in automotive locksmithing, and the other who was a Master Safe Technician. In the mean time he passed industry standard testing and electives from ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America) to receive his CRL (Certified Registered Locksmith) designation, proving his aptitude for the trade. Both of these excellent companies also had plenty of work in the commercial and residential aspects of the industry, affording Joe the knowledge base to do what he had always wanted to do, which was to open a Lockshop somewhere that #1 needed the service, and #2 was super awesome.  There were a few spots on the list (also countless hours covering eyes and stopping the globe in random places), but alas Homer, Alaska was the place.]
